Discussion Questions:

  1. Advertisers often sell their products through the use of comparison. What are some famous examples of this? Why do you think this strategy often works?
  2. Romans 5:12-21 is filled with comparisons. Try to list them all.
  3. Read Genesis 3. How did sin enter the world and what effect did it have on Adam and Eve?
  4. How are Adam and Jesus similar? How are the effects of their actions different?
  5. Romans 5:21 tells us that grace reigns. What difference does this make in how we respond to trials and difficult circumstances?
  6. How does Romans 5:12-21 give us confidence to live victoriously in Jesus?
